At Dynamo Essence Skincare, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used skincare products.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Items not in original condition

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card provider

  • Contact your bank (processing times may vary)

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with proof of damage.

Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
